SWT RO-1000L (4/4040) - reverse osmosis unit with pump (up to 1 m3/h)

SWT RO-1000L (4/4040) is a commercial reverse osmosis unit with a nominal capacity of 1000 l/h for deep polishing treatment of domestic drinking water and natural water. It reduces total mineralization and removes hardness salts, heavy metals, organic matter, bacteria, and viruses. Typical conversion rate for fresh water is up to 75%, feed water flow rate in production mode is 1660 l/h.

In the SWT RO range of eight models, this is the fourth by capacity: four single 4040 housings versus three on RO-750L (750 l/h) and five on RO-1250L (1250 l/h). The 1.5 kW pump here is the same as on RO-750L and RO-1250L — the series moves to 2.2 kW only from RO-1500L onward. The permeate outlet is increased to G¾" versus G½" on the smaller models; the raw water inlet and concentrate outlet are G¾". The 610×585×1630 mm dimensions are shared across the series, and the dry weight of 140 kg is 20 kg less than on RO-1250L.

In flush mode, the unit passes 4000 l/h; a separate CIP inlet with a G½" thread is provided for chemical washing. A BB20 mechanical cleaning cartridge works ahead of the membranes.
