SWT RO-750L (3/4040) - reverse osmosis unit with pump (up to 0.75 m3/h)

SWT RO-750L is a commercial reverse osmosis unit with a nominal capacity of 750 l/h of permeate. It is designed for deep polishing treatment of domestic drinking water and natural water: it reduces total mineralization and removes hardness salts, heavy metals, organic matter, bacteria, and viruses. Typical conversion rate for fresh water is up to 75%, feed water flow rate in production mode is 1180 l/h.

In the SWT RO series, this is the third step: three 4040 membrane housings versus one on RO-250L and eight on RO-2000L. The model differs from the smaller RO-250L and RO-500L by a more powerful pump — 1.5 kW instead of 1.1 kW, while the larger models, starting with RO-1500L, already need 2.2 kW. The permeate outlet here is G½", as on the smaller models, and from RO-1000L it is increased to G¾". At dimensions of 610×585×1630 mm, shared by almost the entire series, the dry weight is 112 kg — the lowest among the multi-housing models.

For membrane maintenance, a flush with a flow rate of 3600 l/h and a chemical CIP wash through a separate G½" inlet are provided. Mechanical cleaning is performed with a replaceable BB20-size cartridge.
