SWT RO-21/8040 - reverse osmosis unit with pump (up to 21 m3/h)

SWT RO-21/8040 is an industrial reverse osmosis unit with a pump, with a nominal capacity of 20 m3/h. The model is designed for facilities that require a continuous flow of desalinated water in the tens of cubic meters per hour. High-quality purified water is ensured by thin-film membranes from leading global manufacturers (Vontron, Filmtec, etc.), and the system uses CNP pumps and piping made of high-quality pressure-rated PVC.

One nuance of choosing within the series is worth keeping in mind: the model designation shows 21 m3/h, while the rated capacity is stated as 20 m3/h — the same as for RO-20/8040, RO-24/8040, and RO-26/8040, whereas RO-27/8040 is stated at 27 m3/h. It therefore makes sense to fix the calculated site flow rate in the technical specification. RO-21/8040 differs from the smaller models in the series both in capacity and in how it is made: RO-10/8040 (10 m³/h, 7.5 kW pump) and RO-15/8040 (15 m³/h, three-element housing, pump up to 11 kW, 950 kg) are supplied in a fixed layout, while this unit is made individually, to the customer's technical specification.

System operation is fully automated with remote monitoring capability. Feed and purified water are continuously monitored by built-in conductivity sensors, and smooth hydraulic adjustment by diaphragm valves ensures the stability of the set flow rates.
