SWT RO-4/8040 - reverse osmosis unit with pump (up to 4 m3/h)

SWT RO-4/8040 is an industrial reverse osmosis unit with a nominal capacity of 4 m³/h. It demineralizes fresh water to a degree of purification of up to 99%, removing heavy metals, microbes, bacteria, and organic and inorganic compounds; typical conversion rate for underground and surface fresh water is up to 75%. The unit is available in two designs: single-housing (8111 series) with a water flow rate of 6.8 m³/h in operating mode and 8.5 m³/h for flushing, and two-housing (8211 series), where the operating flow rate is 5.5-8 m³/h and flushing is 8 m³/h.

RO-4's place in the series is set by its 5.5 kW pump: RO-2 has a 3 kW pump, RO-3 and RO-5 have 4 kW, the same 5.5 kW is kept for RO-6, and 7.5 kW appears only starting from RO-8. The mechanical stage also differs: in the single-element version, RO-4 runs on two CF multi-cartridge filters, whereas RO-2, RO-3, and RO-5 have pre-treatment built on Big Blue housings; the two-element version of RO-4 also stays on two Big Blue filters. The feed water inlet for both versions is G1¼", the permeate outlet is G1", and the concentrate outlet is G1" for the single-element version and G1¼" for the two-element one.

The unit's operation is fully automated: a freely programmable controller allows parameters to be changed and displays data on screen.
