SWT RO-45/8040 - reverse osmosis unit with pump (up to 45 m3/h)

SWT RO-45/8040 is an industrial reverse osmosis unit for a capacity of up to 45 m3/h. The membrane block is assembled on thin-film membranes (Vontron, Filmtec, etc.), pressure is generated by CNP pumps, and the conductivity of feed and purified water is continuously measured by built-in sensors. Hydraulic parameters are set by diaphragm valves with smooth flow control, and the piping of the system components is pressure-rated PVC.

This model belongs to the part of the line where the unit has no ready-made layout: RO-45 is made individually to the customer's technical specification. This sets it apart from the smaller models, whose composition is defined before ordering: RO-1 at 1 m³/h has a single-element housing, a Big Blue (BB20) filter, a pump up to 3 kW, and a weight of 220 kg; RO-9 has a three-element housing, five CF multi-cartridge filters, a pump up to 7.5 kW, and a weight of 650 kg; RO-15, at the same 3700 × 1000 × 1800 mm, has a pump up to 11 kW. The only thing separating it from the neighboring RO-40 is a higher step in the line, the next one being RO-50.

System operation is fully automated and supports remote monitoring. Since the layout is defined by the technical specification, the number of membrane housings, pump power, water flow rate, dimensions, and weight are agreed for the specific site.
