SWT RO-30/8040 - reverse osmosis unit with pump (up to 30 m3/h)

SWT RO-30/8040 is an industrial reverse osmosis unit with a pump, for a capacity of up to 30 m3/h. Desalination takes place on thin-film membranes from leading global manufacturers — Vontron, Filmtec, and similar — while the conductivity of feed and purified water is continuously measured by built-in sensors. CNP pump equipment holds up under heavy operating conditions without loss of capacity, hydraulic parameters are set by diaphragm valves with smooth flow control, and the piping of the system components is assembled from pressure-rated PVC.

In the 8040 range, RO-30 opens the group of large units: the previous size in the catalog is RO-27, the next one is RO-35. The main difference from the smaller models in the series is not capacity but the way the unit is made: for RO-1, RO-3, RO-5, RO-9, and RO-15 the composition is fixed in advance — for RO-15, for example, that means a triple housing, 10 CF filters, a pump up to 11 kW, and a 3700 × 1000 × 1800 mm frame. RO-30 has no standard package of this kind: the unit is made individually to the customer's technical specification, and the equipment composition is selected for the specific water and consumption pattern.

Operation is fully automated, with remote monitoring capability provided, so no duty operator is needed. Dimensions, weight, connection dimensions, and pump group power are determined when developing the technical specification.
