SWT RO-110/8040 - reverse osmosis unit with pump (up to 110 m3/h)

SWT RO-110/8040 is an industrial reverse osmosis unit with a pump, rated for a capacity of up to 110 m³/h, for facilities with continuous high water consumption. Systems of this capacity are not offered as standard units: each one is custom-built to the customer's specifications, so the composition and layout are determined by the project.

In the series range, this model stands one step above RO-100/8040 (up to 100 m³/h) and one step below RO-120/8040; further designs continue up to RO-210/8040. Within the "hundred-plus" group, the models differ only in capacity — their design is shared. Compared with the serial models of the lower segment, the gap is a multiple: RO-15/8040 delivers 15 m³/h with a triple housing, a pump up to 11 kW, and a weight of 950 kg, while RO-10/8040 delivers 10 m³/h with a 7.5 kW pump and a two-seat design.

Membranes are thin-film, from Vontron, Filmtec, and similar manufacturers; CNP pumps operate under heavy-duty conditions without loss of capacity; piping is made of pressure-rated PVC. Hydraulic characteristics are adjusted by diaphragm valves, which keep the set flow rates stable. Feed and purified water conductivity is measured continuously by built-in sensors; control is fully automatic, with remote monitoring capability.
