SWT RO-250L (1/4040) - reverse osmosis unit with pump (up to 0.25 m3/h)

SWT RO-250L is a commercial reverse osmosis unit with a pump for 250 l/h. Its task is deep polishing treatment of domestic drinking water and natural water: reducing total mineralization and removing hardness salts, heavy metals, organic substances, bacteria, and viruses down to the required standards.

The smallest unit in the SWT RO series: 250 l/h versus 500 l/h for RO-500L and 2000 l/h for the largest RO-2000L. The only one in the series with a reduced enclosure — 490×480×1600 mm (±50) instead of 610×585×1630 mm for the other models — and with a single 4040 membrane housing. The 1.1 kW pump and BB10 cartridge are the lightest in the line: further up the series, 1.5 and 2.2 kW pumps and BB20 and BB30 cartridges are fitted.

In production mode, the unit draws 520 l/h of raw water, and 1750 l/h during flushing; typical recovery on fresh groundwater and surface water ranges from 60% to 75% (permeate : concentrate from 3:2 to 3:1). The raw water inlet and concentrate outlet are G¾", the permeate outlet is G½". The G½" CIP wash fittings at the inlet and outlet allow the membranes to be flushed with chemicals without dismantling the piping.
