SWT RO-150/8040 - reverse osmosis unit with pump (up to 150 m3/h)

An industrial reverse osmosis unit for flows up to 150 m3/h — from the upper part of the SWT RO line. The membrane unit is built on thin-film elements from Vontron, Filmtec, and similar brands. Feed and purified water quality is continuously monitored by built-in conductivity sensors.

The SWT RO line starts with RO-1 at 1 m³/h in a single-element housing and goes up to RO-210. Models in the lower part of the line come in a standard design with fixed rated data: RO-15, for example, has a three-element housing, ten CF multi-cartridge filters, a pump up to 11 kW, and a 3700 × 1000 × 1800 mm frame weighing 950 kg. RO-150 no longer fits into this standard design — it is made individually, to the customer's technical specification, so the number of membrane housings, the mechanical pre-treatment scheme, pump group power, connection dimensions, and frame layout are defined by the project rather than the catalog.

Hydraulic parameters are adjusted by diaphragm valves: the adjustment is smooth, and the tuned flows remain stable. The piping of the elements is made of pressure-rated PVC, and the pump group runs on CNP pumps rated for continuous operation in heavy-duty conditions. Operation is fully automated and allows output to a dispatch station.
