SWT RO-54/8040 - reverse osmosis unit with pump (up to 54 m3/h)

SWT RO-54/8040 is an industrial reverse osmosis unit with a pump, with a capacity of up to 54 m³/h. It is one of the positions in the upper part of the RO/8040 range, where systems are assembled from membrane housings, a high-pressure pump, and a mechanical pre-filtration unit, and the equipment size is selected for the required permeate flow.

Within the range, RO-54 occupies an intermediate step between RO-50 and RO-60: the line in this area does not proceed in round steps, and this model is needed when the calculated flow rate does not fit into the neighboring sizes. It is separated from the designs in the middle part of the range by a noticeable gap in capacity: RO-15 operates at 15 m³/h with a pump up to 11 kW and a weight of 950 kg, RO-9 at 9 m³/h with a pump up to 7.5 kW, five CF multi-cartridge filters, and dimensions of 3700 × 1000 × 1800 mm, while the smaller RO-1 operates at only 1 m³/h with one Big Blue (BB20) filter.

There is no separate set of rated data for RO-54. Water flow rate in production and hydraulic flush modes, connection dimensions for the feed water inlet, concentrate and permeate outlets, pump power, dimensions, and weight are determined when the configuration is selected.
