Osmosis up to 130 m³/h, built to customer's technical spec
SWT RO-130/8040 is an industrial reverse osmosis unit with a capacity of up to 130 m³/h, designed for facilities with continuous water consumption. Dissolved salts are retained by Vontron, Filmtec and similar thin-film membranes, with membrane elements of size 8040. The conductivity of feed and purified water is continuously measured by built-in sensors, so any change in permeate quality is visible immediately.
In the RO series, this model is one step above RO-120/8040 and one step below RO-140/8040: the step between neighbors is 10 m³/h, and the entire range goes up to 210 m³/h. By capacity, RO-130/8040 exceeds RO-10/8040 thirteen times over, and the only thing they have in common is the operating principle. RO-10/8040 is a ready-made assembly with seven CF multi-cartridge filters and a 7.5 kW pump, while units in this range are made individually, to the customer's technical specification, so the composition of the pump group, the number of membrane housings, and the pre-filters are determined by the project.
CNP pumps provide the head, flows are smoothly adjusted by diaphragm valves, and piping is made of pressure-rated PVC. Operation is fully automated, with remote monitoring provided.
