Industrial osmosis up to 210 m³/h, 8040 membranes, full automation
SWT RO-210/8040 is an industrial reverse osmosis unit with a pump, for a capacity of up to 210 m³/h. The task of such a system is continuous desalination of water in the volumes of an entire production facility. Separation takes place on thin-film membrane elements of size 8040 (Vontron, Filmtec, etc.), the pressure piping is assembled from PVC, and pressure on the membranes is generated by CNP pumps.
In the SWT RO/8040 range, this is the highest-capacity position: the series starts with RO-1 at 1 m³/h with one membrane housing, a Big Blue (BB20) filter, and a pump up to 3 kW, while intermediate models like RO-15 carry triple housings, ten CF multi-cartridge filters, a pump up to 11 kW, and a 3700 × 1000 × 1800 mm frame at a weight of 950 kg. RO-210 stands above RO-200, RO-190, and all other models in the series, meaning its pump group, number of membrane housings, and connection sizes are fundamentally different.
Operation is fully automated and allows output to remote monitoring. Built-in conductivity sensors continuously monitor feed and purified water, and hydraulics are adjusted by diaphragm valves: permeate and concentrate flows are set smoothly and stay stable once adjusted. The unit is made individually to a technical specification, so the final composition — the number of membrane housings, pump power, pre-filtration type, dimensions, and weight — is fixed during project development.
