SWT RO-70/8040 - reverse osmosis unit with pump (up to 70 m3/h)

SWT RO-70/8040 is an industrial reverse osmosis unit with a pump, for a capacity of up to 70 m3/h — that is, a machine for water treatment at a large facility. The membrane block is built on Vontron, Filmtec and similar-class thin-film membranes; built-in conductivity sensors continuously measure the quality of both feed and purified water. Smooth adjustment of the hydraulics is provided by diaphragm valves, all piping is made of pressure-rated PVC, and the pumps are CNP.

This is the upper part of the 8040 series, where models step by 10 m3/h: RO-60, RO-70, RO-80, and on up to RO-210. The scale is clear by comparison with models whose parameters are spelled out: the three-element RO-15 at 15 m³/h carries a pump up to 11 kW, ten CF multi-cartridge filters, dimensions of 3700 × 1000 × 1800 mm, and a weight of 950 kg; RO-10 at 10 m³/h has a 7.5 kW pump and seven CF filters. RO-70 stands substantially above this whole group, so the number of membrane housings and the pump and electrical parts are calculated for the specific site.

Control is fully automatic, with remote monitoring capability. The unit is made individually to the customer's technical specification: the composition of the components, connection dimensions, and layout are fixed when ordering.
