SWT RO-90/8040 - reverse osmosis unit with pump (up to 90 m3/h)

SWT RO-90/8040 is an industrial reverse osmosis unit for a capacity of up to 90 m³/h. The membrane section is built on Vontron, Filmtec and similar thin-film membranes. The quality of feed and purified water is continuously monitored by built-in conductivity sensors. The pump group is CNP, rated for long-term operation under load without loss of capacity. Smooth adjustment of the hydraulics is performed by diaphragm valves, which keeps the calibrated flows stable; the piping is made of pressure-rated PVC.

The main difference between this model and the smaller serial designs is the way it is supplied: the unit is made individually to the customer's technical specification. For models in the lower part of the range, the composition is fixed — for example, RO-9/8040 comes with triple housings, a 3700 × 1000 × 1800 mm frame, five CF filters, and a pump up to 7.5 kW, while RO-15/8040 comes with ten filters and a pump up to 11 kW. For RO-90/8040, the number of membrane housings, the composition of the pump group, connection sizes, and dimensions are determined by the project for the specific site, rather than by a standard specification.

System operation is fully automated and supports remote monitoring — parameters can be transmitted to an external site control system. Built-in conductivity sensors at the inlet and outlet give the operator a constant picture of water quality.
