Osmosis up to 160 m3/h, built to spec, CNP pumps
An industrial reverse osmosis unit for flows up to 160 m3/h — from the upper part of the SWT RO line, which goes up to RO-210. The pump group is built on CNP pumps, designed for continuous operation under heavy-duty conditions without loss of capacity, and component piping is made with pressure-rated PVC.
This unit differs from the smaller models in the line not only in its rating. RO-1 at 1 m³/h has a single-element housing, one mechanical Big Blue BB20 filter, and a pump up to 3 kW; RO-15 already has a three-element housing, ten CF multi-cartridge filters, a pump up to 11 kW, and a 3700 × 1000 × 1800 mm frame weighing 950 kg. Such models come in a standard design. RO-160 is assembled individually, to a technical specification: the number of membrane housings, pre-treatment scheme, pump power, connection dimensions, and layout are defined by the project. What separates it from the neighboring RO-150 and RO-170 is only the rated capacity: at this level, the other components are selected for the task anyway.
The membrane unit is built on thin-film elements from Vontron, Filmtec, and similar brands. Feed and purified water are continuously monitored by conductivity sensors, and diaphragm valves provide smooth hydraulic adjustment. Operation is fully automated, with output to a control room provided.
