SWT RO-2/8040 - reverse osmosis unit with pump (up to 2 m3/h)

The SWT RO-2/8040 industrial reverse osmosis unit with pump is rated for a nominal capacity of 2 m³/h. Systems of the RO series are designed to demineralize fresh water with a purification degree of up to 99 %, removing heavy metals, microbes, bacteria, and organic and inorganic compounds. The typical conversion rate for fresh-type groundwater and surface water is up to 75 %.

In the series, this is one of the smaller models: RO-1/8040 is rated at 1 m³/h, RO-3/8040 at 3 m³/h. The pump here is 3 kW, the same as on RO-1/8040, while RO-3/8040 comes with a 4 kW pump, and RO-4/8040 with 5.5 kW; there is one Big Blue mechanical filter, while RO-3/8040 already has two. At the same time, RO-2/8040 is produced in two designs with the same rating. The single design (series 8111) uses 3.7 m³/h in operating mode and 8 m³/h during flushing, with a G1¼" inlet, a G1" concentrate outlet, and a G1" permeate outlet. The two-seat design (series 8211) uses 2.5-4 m³/h in operation and 4 m³/h during flushing, with the concentrate drained through the larger G1¼" connection.

System operation is fully automated. A freely programmable controller allows parameters to be changed, and current data is displayed on its screen.
