SWT RO-27/8040 - reverse osmosis unit with pump (up to 27 m3/h)

SWT RO-27/8040 is an industrial reverse osmosis unit with a pump, with a nominal capacity of 27 m3/h. Separation takes place on thin-film membranes from leading global manufacturers (Vontron, Filmtec, etc.), the quality of feed and purified water is continuously monitored by built-in conductivity sensors. Pressure is generated by CNP pump equipment, rated for continuous heavy-duty operation without loss of capacity; the piping is assembled from pressure-rated PVC, and diaphragm valves with smooth flow control keep the calibrated flows stable.

By capacity, this is the upper part of the 8040 line: RO-27 stands above the three-element RO-15 at 15 m³/h and even more above the single-element RO-1 at 1 m³/h, with the neighboring catalog sizes being RO-26 and RO-30. The difference from the smaller models is not just in the numbers: RO-3, RO-5, RO-9, and RO-15 have a fixed housing, number of mechanical filters, pump power, connections, and dimensions, whereas a unit of this class is made individually to a technical specification — the number of membrane housings, pump group, and piping scheme are defined for the specific site.

Operation is fully automated and supports remote monitoring, so no permanent operator is needed at the unit: control is carried out by conductivity sensors at the inlet and outlet. Dimensions, weight, and connection dimensions are fixed together with the technical specification.
