Osmosis up to 16 m3/h, built to spec, conductivity monitoring
An industrial reverse osmosis unit for flows up to 16 m3/h. The membrane unit is built on thin-film elements from Vontron, Filmtec, and similar brands; conductivity sensors on the feed and purified water carry out continuous monitoring. Component piping is made with pressure-rated PVC, and hydraulic characteristics are adjusted by diaphragm valves — once set, the flow rates stay stable.
The nearest smaller neighbor, RO-15, ships in a standard design: a triple housing, ten CF multi-cartridge filters, a pump up to 11 kW, a 3700 × 1000 × 1800 mm frame, and a dry weight of 950 kg. Further down the range, RO-10 and RO-9 make do with seven and five CF filters and a pump up to 7.5 kW. RO-16 has no fixed design: the unit is made to the customer's technical specification, and the mechanical pre-treatment composition, the number of membrane housings, pump power, connection sizes, and dimensions are matched to the specific site. This is the main difference from the models in the lower part of the range — not a different equipment class, but a different way of configuring the unit.
The unit's operation is fully automated, with remote monitoring provided: the unit can be integrated into the site's overall production control system.
