SWT RO-140/8040 - reverse osmosis unit with pump (up to 140 m3/h)

SWT RO-140/8040 is an industrial reverse osmosis unit with a capacity of up to 140 m³/h for industrial-scale water treatment. Desalination takes place on Vontron, Filmtec and similar thin-film membranes, with elements of size 8040. Pressure is generated by the CNP pump group, smooth adjustment of hydraulic parameters is performed by diaphragm valves, and the piping of the system components is pressure-rated PVC.

Its place in the series is set by capacity: RO-140/8040 sits between RO-130/8040 and RO-150/8040, and the series itself starts with RO-1/8040 at 1 m³/h — this model is a hundred and forty times more productive than the smallest one. The difference is not just the number of membranes. RO-1/8040 fits into a single-element housing with one Big Blue cartridge, a pump up to 3 kW, and a frame of 1700 × 965 × 1800 mm weighing 220 kg, while units of this class have no standard frame: they are built individually, to the customer's technical specification, and the layout is calculated for the specific site each time.

Monitoring is continuous — built-in conductivity sensors track feed and purified water. System operation is fully automated, with remote monitoring capability.
