SWT RO-3/8040 - reverse osmosis unit with pump (up to 3 m3/h)

SWT RO-3/8040 is an industrial reverse osmosis system with a capacity of 3 m³/h for demineralizing fresh water. Degree of purification up to 99%: heavy metals, microbes, bacteria, and organic and inorganic compounds are removed. Typical conversion rate for underground and surface fresh water is up to 75%. In the single-housing design, feed water flow rate in operating mode is 4.66 m³/h, with 8.5 m³/h used for flushing.

In the 8040 range, the model sits between RO-2 and RO-4. It differs from RO-2 by a second Big Blue mechanical filter and a 4 kW pump instead of 3 kW; the larger RO-4 already comes with a 5.5 kW pump and CF multi-cartridge filters, whereas filtration here remains Big Blue cartridge-based. A separate feature of RO-3 is that it comes in two designs. The single 8111-series version connects with a G1¼" inlet and G1" concentrate and permeate outlets. The triple 8311-series version operates at 4-6 m³/h in operating mode and 6 m³/h during flushing, with its concentrate and permeate routed to G1¼". For comparison, in the series RO-1 has only a single housing, while RO-9 and RO-15 have only a triple one.

System operation is fully automated. A freely programmable controller allows parameters to be changed and displays data on its own screen, so the constant presence of an operator at the unit is not required.
