Industrial osmosis up to 190 m3/h, 8040 membranes, CNP pump
SWT RO-190/8040 is an industrial reverse osmosis unit with a pump, rated for a capacity of up to 190 m3/h, one of the largest designs in the series. Its task is industrial desalination and deep purification of water in large flows. Separation is performed by thin-film membranes from leading global manufacturers (Vontron, Filmtec, etc.), pressure is generated by CNP pumps, running continuously under heavy load without loss of capacity, and all piping is made of high-quality pressure-rated PVC.
Above RO-190 in the SWT RO/8040 range, only RO-200 and RO-210 remain, below come RO-180 and RO-170, and the series starts at 1 m3/h. How different a class of machine this is can be seen from the middle of the range: RO-10, rated at 10 m³/h, uses 15.7 m³/h in operating mode and 24 m³/h during flushing, has a G2" feed water inlet, seven CF multi-cartridge filters, and a 7.5 kW pump, while RO-15, at 15 m³/h, has triple housings, ten CF filters, a pump up to 11 kW, and a dry system weight of 950 kg.
Control is fully automatic, with remote monitoring provided. Feed and purified water quality is constantly tracked by built-in conductivity sensors, and hydraulic characteristics are adjusted by diaphragm valves with smooth adjustment. Made individually to the customer's technical specification, so the layout is clarified during design.
