SWT RO-35/8040 - reverse osmosis unit with pump (up to 35 m3/h)

SWT RO-35/8040 is an industrial reverse osmosis unit with a pump, for a capacity of up to 35 m3/h. Dissolved salts, heavy metals, and organic matter are retained by thin-film membranes from leading global manufacturers (Vontron, Filmtec, etc.), and the quality of inlet and outlet water is monitored by built-in conductivity sensors. CNP pumps are rated for continuous heavy-duty operation without loss of capacity, the flows are held by diaphragm valves with smooth flow control, and all piping is made of pressure-rated PVC.

RO-35 is the next step up after RO-30, followed in the 8040-series catalog by RO-40. Like RO-30, this unit is not offered in a standard design, which is its key difference from the lower part of the series: RO-9 is supplied in a three-position housing with five CF multi-cartridge filters, a pump up to 7.5 kW, and a dry system weight of 650 kg, whereas RO-35 is custom-built to the customer's specifications. The implication for selection: it makes sense to compare it with its catalog neighbors by capacity, while the housing, pump group, and mechanical filtration scheme are determined by the project.

The system operates fully automatically and supports remote monitoring, so it does not need a permanent operator. Exact dimensions, weight, and connection dimensions are fixed together with the technical specification.
