SWT RO-80/8040 - reverse osmosis unit with pump (up to 80 m3/h)

SWT RO-80/8040 is an industrial reverse osmosis unit with a pump, with a capacity of up to 80 m3/h. Desalination is performed by Vontron, Filmtec and similar-class thin-film membranes, and the conductivity of feed and purified water is continuously measured by built-in sensors, without sample collection. Pumps are CNP, flows are set by diaphragm valves, and the piping of the system components is assembled from pressure-rated PVC.

In the 8040 series, RO-80 follows RO-70 and comes before RO-90: in this part of the line, the step between models is 10 m3/h, and the line itself goes up to RO-210. Documented parameters exist only for the lower part of the series, and the gap with it is large: the single RO-1 delivers 1 m³/h with a pump up to 3 kW and a weight of 220 kg, the triple RO-15 delivers 15 m³/h with a pump up to 11 kW, ten CF multi-cartridge filters, and a weight of 950 kg. A unit of this capacity is assembled from a substantially larger number of membrane housings and filters, and their quantity and layout are determined by the project.

The system operates fully automatically, with remote monitoring capability. It is made individually to the customer's technical specification, so connection dimensions, pump group power, and dimensions are clarified when ordering.
