SWT RO-9/8040 - reverse osmosis unit with pump (up to 9 m3/h)

SWT RO-9/8040 is an industrial reverse osmosis unit with a nominal capacity of 9 m³/h of permeate. It is designed for demineralizing fresh water to a degree of purification of up to 99%, removing heavy metals, microbes, bacteria, and organic and inorganic compounds. Typical conversion rate for underground and surface fresh water is up to 75%. Water flow rate in production mode is 13.2 m³/h, in flush mode 24 m³/h. Connections: feed water inlet G 1, concentrate outlet G 1, permeate outlet G 1½.

In the series range, this is a mid-size industrial model on triple housings. It shares the 3700 × 1000 × 1800 mm frame dimensions and the same housing type with RO-15/8040, but comes in at 650 kg versus 950 kg, with five CF multi-cartridge filters instead of ten, and a pump up to 7.5 kW instead of up to 11 kW. The neighboring RO-10/8040, at the same pump power, already needs seven CF filters and larger connections — a G2" inlet and a G2" permeate outlet. The model differs from smaller single-housing designs like RO-1/8040 (1700×965×1800 mm, 220 kg) by a different frame size.

The unit's operation is fully automated. A freely programmable controller allows parameters to be changed and displays data on screen. Mechanical pre-treatment is built on five CF multi-cartridge filters, and hydraulic flush mode is built into the operating cycle. Dry system weight — 650 kg.
