SWT RO-12/8040 - reverse osmosis unit with pump (up to 12 m3/h)

SWT RO-12/8040 is an industrial reverse osmosis unit with a capacity of up to 12 m³/h, built on membrane elements of size 8040. The unit demineralizes fresh water to a degree of purification of up to 99%, removing heavy metals, microbes, bacteria, and organic and inorganic compounds along the way. For underground and surface fresh water, the typical conversion rate is up to 75% — the remainder of the feed flow goes to concentrate.

In the RO range, the model stands between RO-10/8040 at 10 m³/h and RO-15/8040 at 15 m³/h, which has ten CF multi-cartridge filters, a pump up to 11 kW, and a 3700 × 1000 × 1800 mm frame weighing 950 kg. The membrane housings here are triple, as on RO-9/8040 and RO-15/8040, not single, as on the smaller RO-1/8040 at 1 m³/h. The mechanical pre-treatment is built on CF multi-cartridge filters, not on Big Blue cartridges, which lower-capacity units make do with.

Operation is fully automated. Control is handled by a freely programmable controller: mode parameters are changed on it, and current data is displayed on screen. In addition to permeate production mode, hydraulic membrane flushing is provided.
