SWT RO-26/8040 - reverse osmosis unit with pump (up to 26 m3/h)

SWT RO-26/8040 is an industrial reverse osmosis unit with a pump, for a capacity of up to 26 m³/h. Water is desalinated on thin-film membrane elements of size 8040 (Vontron, Filmtec, etc.), the pressure piping is made of PVC, and CNP pumps are responsible for working pressure. The unit is designed for continuous heavy-duty operation, without loss of capacity under heavy operating conditions.

In the series, this is the next step after RO-24 and RO-25, and the second-to-last before RO-27 in the medium-capacity group; the larger RO-100 and RO-210 are still far off from here, and the smaller models are noticeably simpler in their piping — RO-9 at 9 m³/h makes do with five CF multi-cartridge filters, a 7.5 kW pump, and a G1" inlet, while RO-15 at 15 m³/h already has three membrane housings and a pump up to 11 kW. An important difference between RO-26 and most of its neighbors in the medium range: it is made individually to the customer's technical specification, meaning the number of membrane housings, pre-filtration, and connection sizes are selected for the specific water and mode.

Operation is fully automated, with the option of output to remote monitoring. Feed and purified water are continuously monitored by built-in conductivity sensors, and hydraulics are adjusted by diaphragm valves — flows are set smoothly and remain stable after adjustment.
