SWT RO-180/8040 - reverse osmosis unit with pump (up to 180 m3/h)

SWT RO-180/8040 is an industrial reverse osmosis unit with a pump, rated for a capacity of up to 180 m3/h, equipment for a large water-treatment facility. Desalination takes place on thin-film membranes from leading global manufacturers (Vontron, Filmtec, etc.), with continuous quality monitoring of feed and purified water by built-in conductivity sensors. Pressure is provided by CNP pumps, rated for long-term operation under heavy-duty conditions without loss of capacity.

In the SWT RO/8040 range, the model belongs to the group of the largest designs: its neighbors by flow rate are RO-170 and RO-190, and RO-210 closes out the range. The difference from the smaller part of the series is visible in the construction: RO-1 runs on one single housing, one Big Blue BB20 filter, and a pump up to 3 kW, with a dry system weight of 220 kg; RO-9 and RO-15 are built on triple housings — five and ten CF multi-cartridge filters, pumps up to 7.5 kW and up to 11 kW, weights of 650 kg and 950 kg, with dimensions of 3700 × 1000 × 1800 mm.

The piping of the system components is made of high-quality pressure-rated PVC, and hydraulic characteristics are smoothly adjusted by diaphragm valves. Operation is fully automated, with the option to connect to a remote monitoring system. Made individually, to the customer's technical specification.
