SWT RO-10/8040 - reverse osmosis unit with pump (up to 10 m3/h)

SWT RO-10/8040 is an industrial reverse osmosis unit with a capacity of 10 m³/h. It demineralizes fresh water to a degree of purification of up to 99%, removing heavy metals, microbes, bacteria, and organic and inorganic compounds; typical conversion rate for underground and surface fresh water is up to 75%. Water flow rate in operating mode is 15.7 m³/h, in flush mode 24 m³/h.

The design is two-seat, series 8211, and this is the main difference from neighbors of comparable power: RO-9/8040 at 9 m³/h is built in a triple housing, while the smaller RO-1/8040 is built in a single one. The mechanical pre-treatment is seven CF multi-cartridge filters: more than the five on RO-6/8040, RO-8/8040, RO-9/8040, and RO-12/8040, and fewer than the ten on RO-15/8040. The 7.5 kW pump is the same power as on RO-8/8040, RO-9/8040, and RO-12/8040, but at a higher capacity. The connection sizes are larger than on these models: the feed water inlet is G2", the permeate outlet is G2", and the concentrate outlet is G1½" — the same diameters for the inlet and permeate as on RO-15/8040 with its 15 m³/h.

System operation is fully automated. A freely programmable controller allows parameters to be changed and displays data on screen.
