SWT RO-7/8040 - reverse osmosis unit with pump (up to 7 m3/h)

SWT RO-7/8040 is an industrial reverse osmosis unit with a pump, rated for a capacity of up to 7 m3/h. Desalination takes place on Vontron, Filmtec and similar-class thin-film membranes, and the quality of feed and purified water is continuously tracked by built-in conductivity sensors. Hydraulic parameters are regulated by diaphragm valves, which keeps the calibrated flows stable; the piping of the system components is pressure-rated PVC, and the pump group is CNP.

In the 8040 line, this is the middle of the range. The nearest smaller model, RO-6, delivers 6 m³/h on a 5.5 kW pump and five CF multi-cartridge filters; the next one up, RO-8, delivers 8 m³/h on a pump up to 7.5 kW with the same number of filters. The lower boundary of the series is set by the single-housing RO-1: 1 m³/h, one Big Blue BB20 filter, a pump up to 3 kW, 1700×965×1800 mm, 220 kg. Above RO-8, triple-housing machines of a different class begin — RO-9 and RO-15, at 9 and 15 m³/h, with dimensions of 3700 × 1000 × 1800 mm and weights of 650 and 950 kg.

System operation is fully automated, with remote monitoring provided. The unit is assembled individually to a technical specification, so RO-7's connection dimensions, number of mechanical filters, pump power, and dimensions are determined at the ordering stage.
