SWT RO-200/8040 - reverse osmosis unit with pump (up to 200 m3/h)

SWT RO-200/8040 is an industrial reverse osmosis unit with a pump for a flow of up to 200 m3/h, equipment for large-scale production facilities and industrial-scale water treatment. High-quality purified water is ensured by thin-film membranes from leading global manufacturers (Vontron, Filmtec, etc.); the system uses CNP pumps, diaphragm valves for smooth adjustment of hydraulic parameters, and piping made of high-quality pressure-rated PVC.

This is one of the top positions in the series, which starts with RO-1/8040 at 1 m³/h (single-element housing, pump up to 3 kW, 1700×965×1800 mm, 220 kg) and goes up to RO-210/8040. For scale comparison: RO-15/8040 at 15 m³/h already has a three-element housing, a pump up to 11 kW, dimensions of 3700 × 1000 × 1800 mm, and a dry system weight of 950 kg. RO-200/8040 has no standard configuration: the unit is made individually, to the customer's technical specification, so the number of membrane housings, pump group power, connection dimensions, and dimensions are calculated for the specific site.

System operation is fully automated, with remote monitoring capability provided. Built-in conductivity sensors continuously monitor feed and purified water, and diaphragm valves keep the set flow rates stable.
