SWT RO-40/8040 - reverse osmosis unit with pump (up to 40 m3/h)

SWT RO-40/8040 is an industrial reverse osmosis unit with a capacity of up to 40 m3/h. The membrane block is fitted with thin-film membranes (Vontron, Filmtec, etc.), the quality of feed and purified water is continuously monitored by built-in conductivity sensors, and pressure is generated by CNP pumps. Hydraulic parameters are set by diaphragm valves with smooth flow control, and the piping of the system components is pressure-rated PVC.

RO-40 differs from the smaller models in the line in how its composition is defined. For RO-1 at 1 m³/h it is laid out in advance — single-element housing, Big Blue (BB20) filter, pump up to 3 kW, weight 220 kg; for RO-15 — three-element housing, ten CF multi-cartridge filters, pump up to 11 kW, dimensions 3700 × 1000 × 1800 mm, and weight 950 kg. RO-40 has no fixed layout: it is made individually to the customer's technical specification, and the number of membrane housings, pump group power, and connection dimensions are agreed for the specific site. The nearest steps in the line are RO-35 below and RO-45 above.

System operation is fully automated and supports remote monitoring. Water flow rate in operating mode and during hydraulic flush, dimensions, and weight are determined when developing the technical specification.
