SWT RO-15/8040 - reverse osmosis unit with pump (up to 15 m3/h)

An industrial reverse osmosis unit with a rated capacity of 15 m³/h. It demineralizes fresh water with a purification degree of up to 99 %, removing heavy metals, microbes, bacteria, and organic and inorganic compounds. The typical conversion rate for fresh-type groundwater and surface water is up to 75 %. In production mode, the unit draws 22 m³/h of raw water, and in hydraulic flush mode — 30 m³/h; the source and supply line must be sized for this flow rate.

In the SWT RO range, this is one of the larger models with a full standard data sheet. The housing is triple, the mechanical stage is built from ten CF multi-cartridge filters — versus seven on RO-10 and five on RO-9; the pump takes up to 11 kW, while both smaller models are limited to 7.5 kW. The 3700 × 1000 × 1800 mm dimensions match RO-9, but the dry system weight is 950 kg versus 650 kg for its neighbor — the frame is noticeably more densely filled. The connections are also larger: the feed water inlet is G 2, the permeate outlet is G 2, the concentrate outlet is G 1½.

The unit's operation is fully automated. A freely programmable controller allows parameters to be changed and displays data on its own screen.
