SWT RO-18/8040 - reverse osmosis unit with pump (up to 18 m3/h)

SWT RO-18/8040 is an industrial reverse osmosis unit with a pump, rated for a capacity of up to 18 m3/h, a mid-range size within the series. The membrane elements are thin-film, made by leading global companies (Vontron, Filmtec, etc.); working pressure is generated by CNP pumps, capable of continuous heavy-duty operation without loss of capacity; the piping is assembled from high-quality pressure-rated PVC.

By flow rate, RO-18 falls between RO-15 and RO-20. RO-15 has a rating of 15 m³/h at a flow rate of 22 m³/h in production mode and 30 m³/h during hydraulic flush, three-element housings, ten CF multi-cartridge filters, a pump up to 11 kW, dimensions of 3700 × 1000 × 1800 mm, and a dry system weight of 950 kg; RO-20 is rated at 20 m3/h. A step below are RO-12 and RO-10, with five and seven CF filters, a 7.5 kW pump, and feed water inlets G1" and G2". Upward, the series line continues all the way up to 210 m3/h.

The system operates fully automatically and can be connected to remote monitoring. Built-in conductivity sensors continuously track feed and purified water quality, and diaphragm valves with smooth adjustment allow hydraulic modes to be set and held. Made individually to the customer's technical specification.
