Aquapro UV-48GPM-HT UV sterilizer (10 m3/h)

The Aquapro UV-48GPM-HT ultraviolet sterilizer, with a capacity of 10000 l/h, is designed to disinfect water with UV radiation. The disinfecting action relies on the ability of ultraviolet radiation in the 250-260 nm range to actively destroy bacteria, viruses, and other microorganisms often present in water.

This is the top model in the first half of the Aquapro range: four 39 W lamps against three in UV-36GPM-HT and two in UV-24GPM-HT. The housing dimensions remain unchanged — 980x230x280 mm, the same as the seven-cubic-meter model — while the connection size is increased to 2", the same as the higher-capacity UV-60GPM-HT and UV-72GPM-HT. The housing is made of stainless steel SS-304. Further up in capacity come units with five and six lamps.

The permissible water temperature is from 2°C to 40°C. Replacement lamp service life is 12 months, so a set of four lamps is factored into the annual maintenance budget; the unit signals lamp shutdown with a light and sound alert. The HT equipment does not include a separate operating hours counter or radiation intensity sensor — the UV-48GPM-HTM variant is fitted with them.
