DAF-75, capacity 70–75 m³/h
The larger designs in the line differ in a third mixing stage and a higher-power drive: reagent preparation is distributed across the chambers, which matters with a variable effluent composition and a high flow of pressurized water.
Such machines take the main flow of a plant — they are installed in petrochemicals, the pulp-and-paper industry, and at municipal wastewater treatment plants. Flotation lifts petroleum products, emulsified oils, and fiber, which gravitational settling handles poorly, or polishes biologically treated water.
For aggressive environments the housing is made of stainless steel; for other conditions — of carbon steel with epoxy coating or with fiberglass lining. A separate pad is allocated for the unit, with supply lines for reagents, compressed air, and recirculation.
DAF-75 version: capacity 70–75 m³/h, drive power 12.5 kW, dimensions 9000×3000×3000 mm, pressurized water flow rate 35 m³/h.
By capacity it sits between DAF-60 (55–60 m³/h) and DAF-100 (95–100 m³/h): 70–75 m³/h. Pressurized water flow rate 35 m³/h against 25 m³/h on DAF-50. Drive power 12.5 kW against 15 kW on DAF-100. Compressor power 5.5 kW against 4 kW on DAF-60.
One step down by capacity — DAF-60: mixer power 0.75×2 kW instead of 0.75×3 kW, dimensions 9000×2500×2500 mm instead of 9000×3000×3000 mm. One step up — DAF-100: dimensions 10000×3000×3000 mm instead of 9000×3000×3000 mm.
