Pressurized aeration 1252/AS19/MAC01

A large-diameter aeration column works in industrial and large commercial iron-removal schemes — water treatment for a workshop, a food production facility, a village or hotel water intake, where water is drawn continuously. The enlarged contact chamber gives a time margin for oxidizing iron, manganese, and hydrogen sulfide at a high flow rate, while the pressurized scheme maintains the pressure at the filter inlet.

A separate utility room is planned for such a column: height for the housing and for servicing the air release valve on top, clearance around it for installation, a level foundation. The source must hold the design flow rate without a drop — the column is matched to the well yield or to the capacity of the pumping station, otherwise the contact time is not maintained.

Design based on a 12×52″ housing with an AS19 compressor. Weight 21.3 kg.

Configuration within the line: vessel size 1252 (12×52″) with compressor AS19. This is the only unit in the line on vessel size 1252 (12×52″). The same compressor AS19 is fitted on 1054, 0844, 1044, 1248 and others.

The same compressor AS19 is also fitted on other vessels — 1054 (weight 20.3 kg instead of 21.3 kg), 0844 (weight 16.8 kg instead of 21.3 kg) and 1044 (weight 18.9 kg instead of 21.3 kg).
