0817/F69P3 ion exchange unit

Ion-exchange unit for water treatment: water passes through a housing filled with ion-exchange resin, and the ions dissolved in it are replaced by an equivalent amount of ions released by the media. Resin selection sets the specific task — softening, alkalinity reduction (decarbonization), partial or full desalination, nitrate or boron removal. When the media's exchange capacity is exhausted, the controls run a regeneration cycle and the unit returns to service.

Designs on 8 to 13-inch housings cover small and medium flow rates: these use Runxin valves with 3/4 and 1-inch connections and capacity up to 4.5 m³/h, all top-mounted. Some valves in the line are fitted with a water meter and track the interval between regenerations by actual flow, while the rest track it by time. Choosing within the line comes down to the site's flow rate, the media volume, and the regeneration trigger method.

Design 0817/F69P3: 8×17″ housing, automatic Runxin F69P3 valve with water meter, up to 2.0 m³/h, 3/4" connection, top-mounted. The valve is rated for softening — regeneration of the ion-exchange media with reagent solution. Weight 8.846 kg.
