1865/F63C1 ion exchange unit

Ion-exchange unit for water treatment: water passes through a housing filled with ion-exchange resin, and the ions dissolved in it are replaced by an equivalent amount of ions released by the media. Resin selection sets the specific task — softening, alkalinity reduction (decarbonization), partial or full desalination, nitrate or boron removal. When the media's exchange capacity is exhausted, the controls run a regeneration cycle and the unit returns to service.

Housings from 14 to 21 inches are rated for flow rates where household-size valves are no longer enough: the line adds 2-inch Runxin valves with capacity up to 10 m³/h, alongside 3/4 and 1-inch models. Valve mounting in this group is top. A larger housing holds more resin, so for the same raw water the unit runs longer between regenerations.

Design 1865/F63C1: housing 18×65″, automatic Runxin F63C1 valve, up to 4.5 m³/h, 1" connection, top mounting. The valve is designed for softening — regeneration of the ion-exchange load with reagent solution. Weight 44.434 kg.
