1252/F65B3 ion exchange unit

Ion-exchange unit for water treatment: water passes through a housing filled with ion-exchange resin, and the ions dissolved in it are replaced by an equivalent amount of ions released by the media. Resin selection sets the specific task — softening, alkalinity reduction (decarbonization), partial or full desalination, nitrate or boron removal. When the media's exchange capacity is exhausted, the controls run a regeneration cycle and the unit returns to service.

Designs on 8 to 13-inch housings cover small and medium flow rates: these use Runxin valves with 3/4 and 1-inch connections and capacity up to 4.5 m³/h, all top-mounted. Some valves in the line are fitted with a water meter and track the interval between regenerations by actual flow, while the rest track it by time. Choosing within the line comes down to the site's flow rate, the media volume, and the regeneration trigger method.

Design 1252/F65B3: housing 12×52″, automatic Runxin F65B3 valve with water meter, up to 2.0 m³/h, 3/4" connection, top mounting. The valve is designed for softening — regeneration of the ion-exchange load with reagent solution. Weight 17.214 kg.
