Housing 12×52″, Runxin F65B1 valve
Ion-exchange unit for water treatment: water passes through a housing filled with ion-exchange resin, and the ions dissolved in it are replaced by an equivalent amount of ions released by the media. Resin selection sets the specific task — softening, alkalinity reduction (decarbonization), partial or full desalination, nitrate or boron removal. When the media's exchange capacity is exhausted, the controls run a regeneration cycle and the unit returns to service.
Designs on 8 to 13-inch housings cover small and medium flow rates: these use Runxin valves with 3/4 and 1-inch connections and capacity up to 4.5 m³/h, all top-mounted. Some valves in the line are fitted with a water meter and track the interval between regenerations by actual flow, while the rest track it by time. Choosing within the line comes down to the site's flow rate, the media volume, and the regeneration trigger method.
Design 1252/F65B1: housing 12×52″, Runxin F65B1 valve, top mounting. Weight 16.8 kg.
Configuration within the line: vessel size 1252 (12×52″) with control valve Runxin F65B1. On the same vessel size 1252 (12×52″) the line also offers Runxin F63P3, Runxin F63G3, Runxin F117Q3, Runxin F63C3 and others. The same control valve Runxin F65B1 is fitted on 0844, 1035, 1054 and 1354.
On vessel size 1252 the closest alternatives to Runxin F65B1 are Runxin F63P3 (water meter Yes instead of None, weight 17.24 kg instead of 16.8 kg), Runxin F63G3 (water meter Yes instead of None, weight 17.33 kg instead of 16.8 kg) and Runxin F117Q3 (water meter Yes instead of None, weight 16.74 kg instead of 16.8 kg).
