SOLVIA Bio 4 Long, serves up to 4 people
The smaller SOLVIA Bio designs are sized for the house of a small family or for seasonal occupancy. Domestic wastewater is treated biologically inside a single vertical housing: in the lower zone, denitrification proceeds at low oxygen content; in the aeration zone, the microflora on the bio-media oxidises organics and ammonium; in the settling zone, the purified water separates from the activated sludge.
The compact housing takes up little space on the plot, so such units are more often chosen for small houses and country cottages. The design tolerates interruptions in the inflow of wastewater — it is rated for variable load. Purified water discharge can be by gravity or pumped. Installation, commissioning and service are carried out in Georgia.
SOLVIA Bio 4 Long version: serves up to 4 people, capacity 800 l/day.
By capacity it sits between SOLVIA Bio 3 Long (600 l/day) and SOLVIA Bio 5 Long (1 000 l/day): 800 l/day.
One step down by capacity — SOLVIA Bio 3 Long: serves, people up to 3 instead of up to 4. One step up — SOLVIA Bio 5 Long: serves, people up to 5 instead of up to 4.
