1865/F56A reagent-free filtration unit

The reagent-free filtration unit with a manual valve removes dissolved iron, manganese and hydrogen sulfide from water, along with turbidity and color. A fiberglass housing with internal polyethylene lining, granular filter media, a supporting gravel layer, and a drainage-distribution system — the same layout as in the automatic versions.

Iron and manganese are oxidized directly on the media and precipitate as sediment, which is retained within the media bed; filtering capacity is restored by backwashing, without reagents. The difference from automatic models is in control: the operator starts and switches the backwash manually, so the unit does not depend on electric power, but requires scheduled maintenance. The frequency of backwashing is determined by the combined content of iron, manganese and hydrogen sulfide in the source water.

Design 1865/F56A: 18×65″ housing, manual Runxin F56A valve, up to 4.5 m³/h, 1" connection. The valve is rated for filtration — backwash of the media without reagent. Weight 33.82 kg.
