3665/F77B1 reagent-free filtration unit

The industrial-size reagent-free filtration unit removes dissolved iron, manganese and hydrogen sulfide from water, along with turbidity and color. The housing is made of fiberglass with an internal polyethylene lining; inside are granular filter media, a supporting gravel layer and a drainage-distribution system, and on the outside is an automatic control valve.

Oxidation takes place on the media itself: iron, manganese and hydrogen sulfide convert to an insoluble form, are retained in the bed and flushed to drain during backwash, so no reagents are required. Housings from 24 inches are fitted with larger Runxin valves with 2″ and 3″ connections and capacity from 10 to 50 m³/h; some models are side-mounted, tapped into the housing wall. Backwashing such a filter requires a corresponding water reserve and drain throughput.

Design 3665/F77B1: 36×65″ housing, automatic Runxin F77B1 valve, up to 18.0 m³/h, top mounting. The valve is designed for filtration — reagent-free backwash of the load. Weight 103.7 kg.

Configuration within the line: vessel size 3665 (36×65″) with control valve Runxin F77B1. This is the only unit in the line on vessel size 3665 (36×65″). The same control valve Runxin F77B1 is fitted on 3672, 3072, 4272, 2472 and others.

The same control valve Runxin F77B1 is also fitted on other vessels — 3072 (weight 97.7 kg instead of 103.7 kg) and 4272 (valve mounting side instead of top, weight 163.3 kg instead of 103.7 kg).
