1465/F67P reagent-free filtration unit

The reagent-free filtration unit removes dissolved iron, manganese and hydrogen sulfide from water, along with turbidity and color, bringing the water to the required standards. Inside: a fiberglass housing laminated with polyethylene on the inside, an automatic control valve, granular filter media, a supporting gravel layer, and a drainage-distribution system.

The media oxidizes dissolved iron and manganese directly: passing through it, they convert to an insoluble form and precipitate as sediment, which is retained within the media bed and flushed to drain by backwash — no reagents are consumed. Housings from 14 to 21 inches are sized for flow rates that require a larger volume of media and faster backwashing: in this group, 2″ Runxin models rated up to 10 m³/h are added alongside the 3/4″ and 1″ valves, with top valve mounting.

Design 1465/F67P: 14×65″ housing, automatic Runxin F67P valve, up to 4.5 m³/h, 1″ connection, top mounting. The valve is rated for filtration — backwash of the media without reagent. Weight 21.6 kg.
